We are looking for an ERP & IT Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and supporting the Priority-based ERP system, and the focal point for all IT topics in the company.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

· Ongoing support for Priority system users

· IT systems and infrastructure and management of external vendors

· Develop, plan, and implement policies and procedures, mostly in ERP

· Manage all user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions

· Manage IT equipment

· Work with various stakeholders to find IT driven solutions

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Information Systems, or a related field.

· Experience in Priority ERP – a must! (especially SC, Finance, Manufacturing modules).

· 2+ years of proven experience working in IT Operations

· Good interpersonal skills and service oriented

· Excellent English (verbal and written)
