Aletos is the world’s first ecosystem where humans and AI are co-founders. Our platform combines artificial intelligence with human creativity to identify breakthrough opportunities, building a new participation economy.

 Starting with an MVP, we aim to scale to tech startups.

We are seeking a Tech Lead in Israel to develop and establish the project’s technical foundation.

You are:

• Strong in problem solving, with autonomous work style.
• Tech enthusiast ready to build something fundamentally new.
• Passionate about AI-human collaboration and the future of work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

You can:

• Lead the technical direction at the start (MVP, architecture, integrations).
• Set up the core infrastructure (web platform, database, vector store).
• Work with AI tools (GPT-5, Grok, Claude…) alongside the business model.
• Help recruit and guide developers.
• Communicate in English with international investors.

You have:

• 1–4 years full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Frontend: React.js or Vue.js with modern CSS frameworks.
• Backend: Node.js, Django, or FastAPI.
• Database design and management (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
• RESTful API development and integration.
• Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have:

• Previous startup or early-stage company experience.
• UI/UX design sensitivity.
• Knowledge of NLP and ML concepts.
• Background in DeFi, NFT, DAO, or smart contracts.
• Multilingual skills.

Technical Challenge (include with application):

Create a simple web app that:

• Accepts user idea submissions via form.
• Uses OpenAI API to generate three variations of each idea.
• Displays ideas with voting functionality.
• Shows basic analytics of submission/voting patterns.
