🌍 Global IT Manager – Discreet Search 🌍

A leading international company is looking for an experienced Global IT Manager to take full responsibility for its worldwide IT operations. This role includes managing infrastructure, cloud systems, cyber security, and technical support across multiple offices, with a strong focus on the Israeli branch.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Define and execute the company’s global IT strategy

✔️ Lead international IT projects (cloud migration, upgrades, implementations)

✔️ Manage infrastructure, servers, networks, and security systems

✔️ Oversee global helpdesk & ensure SLA compliance

✔️ Implement cyber security policies & ensure compliance with GDPR/ISO/SOC2

✔️ Manage vendors, budgets, and cross-country collaboration

What we’re looking for:

🔹 5+ years of senior IT leadership experience (global/multi-country)

🔹 Proven background in Forex/Gaming/Casino – a strong advantage

🔹 Expertise in networks, infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and cyber security

🔹 Experience leading international projects and system implementations

🔹 Strong leadership and strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach

🔹 Excellent English – verbal & written (additional languages – advantage)

🎓 Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems (advanced certifications – CISSP, CISM, CCNP, AWS/Azure – strong plus)

📍 Location: Israel (full-time, on-site, discreet search)

✈️ Flexibility to work globally across time zones and travel when required
