Engineering Projects Manager

A long-standing high-tech manufacturing company, recruits an engineering projects manager 

The company specializes in the development, production, and delivery of innovative testing solutions for electric motors across a wide range of industries worldwide.

Job description

·        Writing work plans for the project: budget, schedules, quality assurance, risk management, safety, etc.

·        Project management: planning, engineering execution follow-up, customer delivery tests and commercial operation, compliance with the schedule.

Coordination between internal departments and external resources for project execution: planning, engineering, suppliers, procurement, accounting, etc.

·        Management of engagements: responsibility for procurement orders, follow-up of orders with suppliers and sub-contractors, technical and commercial negotiations

·        Responsibility for analyzing project costs: Labour, procurement, etc.

·        Project inventory management.

Qualifications 

·        Education and Experience

-     Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Industrial Engineering

-     3 years experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects: a combination of hardware (mechanics/electricity/electronics), software and operation - an advantage

-     Experience in the field of electric motors - a significant advantage

-     Fluency in both spoken and written Hebrew and English 

-     Work experience in Priority - an advantage

-     Deep technical understanding: specifications, standards, plans

-     High organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to details

-     Mission  oriented and ability to manage parallel tasks

-     Creativity and flexibility

-     Excellent human relations, assertiveness, ability to motivate employees to drive tasks
