We are seeking a Python Tech Lead for a financial organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the development of Python-based solutions, including the use of Pandas and NumPy
-Design database schemas, create indexes, and write queries using SQL Server
-Perform code reviews and delegate tasks effectively across the development team
-Apply and implement Object-Oriented Programming principles, and work with Git for version control
-Write secure, robust, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Python development, including Pandas and NumPy
- Experience working with SQL Server, including table design, indexes, and writing queries
- Experience in performing code reviews and task delegation
- Familiarity with and implementation of OOP principles and experience working with Git
- Experience in writing secure code
