Role Overview

Urban Place is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth—engaging with potential clients, guiding them through our offerings, and ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries and schedule on-site tours
• Convert qualified leads interested in services such as meeting rooms or daily passes into closed deals
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their expectations across service, timeline, budget, and quality
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales while taking initiative and ownership of your tasks
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up in CRM systems

Job requirement

• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems – advantage
• Knowledge or interest in the coworking or real estate industries – advantage
• Bachelor’s degree – advantage
