Global IT Manager to lead and scale IT operations

We’re looking for an experienced Global IT Manager to lead and scale IT operations across our

global offices. In addition to managing IT infrastructure, service delivery, SaaS environments,

data center operations, and security controls, this role requires deep hands-on technical

expertise. You’ll be expected to actively configure, troubleshoot, and optimize systems while

driving key IT projects to support our rapid growth. This position blends leadership, technical

execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT

ecosystem.

Leadership and Team Development

● Lead, mentor, and manage the global IT team, setting high standards through lead-by-

example hands-on work.

● Foster a culture of collaboration, technical ownership, and accountability.

● Promote ongoing technical development through training, peer learning, and practical

knowledge sharing.

● Inspire innovation and ensure technical excellence in daily operations.

IT Operations & Governance

● Oversee global IT operations, governance, and ITSM practices with direct involvement in

configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

● Manage service delivery to meet SLA requirements using ticketing and monitoring

systems.

● Actively resolve incidents and problems while managing vendors and IT assets.

● Track performance using ITIL-aligned workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

● 5+ years in IT management with hands-on technical involvement, preferably in a

global high-growth or startup environment.

● Proven ability to deploy, configure, and manage IT systems across SaaS, networks,

and security domains.

● Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA/KPI tracking, and identity management systems.

● Excellent collaboration, communication (English fluency), and stakeholder management.

● Preferred: IT certifications (ITIL, CISSP, or CISM) and experience with compliance

frameworks (SOC2/ISO27001).
