Head of Product

A startup in the Cybersecurity and Cloud space, developing a security platform for Non-Human Identity (NHI) management.

The role includes managing a team of three, with hands-on responsibilities.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (near the light rail), offering a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week

Requirements -

• 5 years of combined experience in product and technology roles, preferably starting a career as a Software Engineer, Security Researcher, DevOps, or Platform Engineer – a significant advantage
• Proven experience launching cybersecurity or cloud products at enterprise scale for a technical audience
• Strong understanding of product management principles: problem discovery, prioritization, building outcome-driven roadmaps, data-driven decision-making, and clear written communication
• Excellent communication skills with customers and sales teams, including in-person meetings and executive briefings
• Proactive, execution-focused mindset with ownership – values progress over perfection and ensures continuous team momentum
• Basic technical proficiency – comfortable working with logs, APIs, and basic SQL to independently answer questions
