Junior Information Systems Support & Implementation Specialist

A leading and well-established automotive company is looking for a Junior Information Systems Support & Implementation Specialist to join its professional IT Applications team.

This is not a standard support role – it’s a key, pivot position that serves as the central hub for all matters related to the company’s information systems and applications. The company has undergone full digital transformation and operates both SAP Business One and a variety of internal applications.

As part of the role, you will act as the link between business users and the implementation/development teams: handling first-line issues, guiding users, monitoring processes, and ensuring smooth operations. You will also take ownership of certain implementation tasks yourself, while managing and routing more complex developments and fixes to the right experts.

What you’ll do:

- Learn and understand the organization’s business processes and translate them into system workflows.

- Support and train end-users in operational processes.

- Diagnose and resolve first-level system issues.

- Document and route service tickets to relevant teams and follow through until resolution.

- Monitor correct implementation of processes and participate in hands-on configuration or implementation tasks.

- Collaborate closely with project managers and system implementers in a highly professional team.

This is a Full-time, hybrid position (1 day from home)

The company's offices are at Rishon LeZion (Sorek Industrial Zone).

Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science (or related field) – must.

- At least 1 year of experience in supporting or implementing information systems – must.

- Strong knowledge and confidence in SQL – must.

- Experience with SAP Business One – a strong advantage.

- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, process thinking, and ability to work across multiple organizational levels.
