Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global business development strategy.
• Drive international market entry and expansion, with a strong focus on building and scaling a global distribution network.
• Develop strategic partnerships and lead complex deal negotiations worldwide.
• Represent the company to international stakeholders, distributors, investment entities, and government bodies.
• Actively participate in Board discussions and work closely with the CEO and ownership.
• Identify emerging market trends, assess new opportunities, and lead growth initiatives including organic expansion and M&A.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior-level business development experience in agriculture, agri-tech, or greenhouse technology.
• Proven track record in developing and managing global distributor networks.
• Strong international network with distributors, integrators, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English; business-level Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage operations in global markets.
