Senior B2C Product Owner (remote, Europe time zone, US-based digital service)

As a founding Product Owner, reporting directly to the CEO & COO, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, early customers/users and the technical development team.

We are looking for a self-starter who is good at launching impactful digital consumer products on new markets (US, respectively) that will exceed user expectations and grow our community-centered unique business exponentially.

As a profitable & venture-backed 50+ members team, after assuming leading positions in Israel since 2019, we recently launched Tending.app on the US market, a one-of-its-kind service in the field of monument care and restoration.

A Typical Day (example):

• Lead the strategic evolution of Tending.app, shaping its development and ensuring it meets needs of both our users and business stakeholders balancing it continuously by collecting, presenting, validating and documenting novel functionality prior to the development stage.
• Collaborate across the aisle, from C-lvl members to design to customer support, in order to come up with, validate & develop new features, resolve friction points/bottlenecks related to acquisition and retention while ensuring best user experience
• Gather feedback from users through quantitative (deep analytics) and qualitative tools (custdevs), surface improvement opportunities, and develop scalable processes, to support continuous improvement and adoption, including internal product knowledge base & roadmap always kept in an up-to-date state.

What You’ll Do / Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Drive company-level prioritization across competing initiatives, balancing user needs, compliance requirements, and monetization opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership (CEO, COO, CTO) to shape quarterly OKRs and long-term product strategy
• Continuously consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders and external users on their experience to continuously improve our offering
• Design and test monetization models, analyze unit economics
• Work with leadership to define user traction targets and own the roadmap
• Identify new use cases (e.g., corporate gifting, prepaid wallets) and drive commercial validation
• Work with growth/marketing to explore a value-based incentive & drive user action starting from acquisition
• Develop, track and own the product analytics tools stack, including performance dashboard of product metrics
• Build a compelling vision and business case for new product offerings or enhancements to existing offerings

Skills & Experience / Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on leading monetization of consumer (B2C) cross-platform mobile-first digital services
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders at newly-launched B2C product startups.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering a product roadmap
• An ability to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front and act as a ‘player/coach’, specifically for critical tasks such as defining and clarifying product requirements.
• Strong written communication skills including the ability to write clear, concise product specifications
• Analytical thinker who works well in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (C1 at least) and Russian (good to have, not a must)
• Good to have: Proficient (or at least not bad at SQL queries)
