Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Assistant located in Haifa. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility. Tasks may include managing janitorial services, supporting facility operations, handling maintenance requests, and coordinating with vendors. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring space arrangements, overseeing supplies and inventories, and assisting with safety inspections. Effective communication with team members and providing excellent customer service are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facility Management (FM), Facilities Operations, and Janitorial Services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with safety inspections and protocols is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or in facility operations is preferred
