Media Buyer (Meta & Google Display)

We are a performance marketing company specializing in high-volume campaigns across Native advertising platforms. We work with various advertisers and e-commerce brands, and we're now expanding into Google Display and Meta. With established data infrastructure, proven funnels, and existing audience pools ready to leverage, we're looking for a skilled Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Google Display Ads and Meta (Facebook) traffic.

What you'll do:

• Build, launch & scale campaigns from zero to profitability.
• Manage end-to-end funnels – from creatives → landing pages → conversions.
• Set up & optimize pixels, postbacks, and advanced tracking across platforms.
• Analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and scale winning campaigns.
• Leverage our existing audience data & retargeting pools to maximize results.
• Stay on top of platform updates & industry trends.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience running Google Display & Meta campaigns at scale.
• Deep knowledge of funnels, attribution, and analytics.
• Ability to build campaigns from scratch & own the platforms as manager.
• Independent self-starter who can work autonomously without hand-holding.
• Open-minded and adaptive - eager to test new tools, embrace changes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and scaling strategies to the table.
• Data-driven, analytical, and results-focused mindset.
• (Bonus) Experience in e-commerce / affiliate performance marketing.
