Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analysis of marketing activities, campaigns, and channels to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
• Maintain, improve, and enrich the marketing department’s database to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Track and identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate complex findings in a clear, compelling way for multiple stakeholders.
• Support daily and ad hoc marketing analysis requests in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or data analysis with strong familiarity with databases and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms).
• Experience with CRM systems or Marketing Automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in Hebrew and a high level of English.
