We’re building our next-generation Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team - and we’re hiring! Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping hiring processes for a leading global company. In this role, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, driving searches for top tech talent and ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviews and contract negotiations
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
• Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent in the tech industry
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a professional and people-first approach
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of proven experience in tech recruitment
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Solid knowledge of the tech landscape and hiring trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people to opportunities
