Computer Vision Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge computer vision systems for a wide range of automation applications.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying computer vision solutions that optimize automation processes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development of computer vision systems, from initial concept, data collection, algorithm exploration, to testing, validation, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of experts and engineers to deliver innovative solutions for automation challenges.

- Research, design, and implement advanced Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning algorithms.

- Leverage existing research, literature, and state-of-the-art tools to develop best-in-class solutions.

- Develop anomaly detection systems using unsupervised learning techniques on small datasets.

- Create computer vision solutions for automating assembly line stages, including inspection, navigation, camera calibration, and OCR.

- Conduct data engineering, evaluate robotic systems, and assess computer vision algorithms.

- Develop interfaces with server-side systems, PLCs, and communication protocols.

- Utilize libraries such as OpenCV, Pandas, and others to drive project success.
