Experienced Hebrew-Speaking Appointment Setter – 4 Hours a Day – Part-Time – ₪100 per Hour (Negotiable for Senior Talent)

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team, working 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, fully remote.

As an Appointment Setter at Lead Gen Dept., you will:

• Call and schedule appointments with Israeli companies on behalf of a global IT security and verification provider.
• Manage follow-up calls and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate smoothly with the client’s internal sales team to ensure a seamless handover.

• Part-Time: ₪80–₪100 per hour, depending on experience.
• Performance-based incentives and potential for long-term collaboration.

• 3+ years of experience in business development or cold calling (B2B required).
• Native or near-native Hebrew, with strong English skills for internal communication.
• Positive attitude — honest, accountable, results-driven.
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or any other B2B tech sales is highly valued but not mandatory.
