Production Manager (Factory Operations)

We’re hiring a hands‑on Production Manager to run day‑to‑day production and lift our factory as a whole. You will lead welding, mechanical and electronic assembly teams, execute the production plan, and work closely with CNC, Procurement/Warehouse, QA, Customer success  and IT to hit output and quality targets.

What you’ll do

·       Lead shop‑floor teams; drive daily stand‑ups, weekly 1:1s, and quarterly reviews.

·       Own plan execution and KPIs ; raise risks early and recover fast.

·       Coordinate priorities with CNC and keep deliveries on track.

·       Ensure part availability with Procurement/Warehouse; keep inventory accurate and approvals flowing.

·       Partner with QA on problem‑solving and RMA testing; enforce safety and ISO routines.

·       Keep documentation and work instructions tight and visible; use ERP/MRP to schedule and report.

·       Meet weekly with CS to align shipments and communicate any delays.

·       Drive practical improvements with our IT counterpart (planning tools, floor visibility).

What you bring

·       2–5 years leading production teams in manufacturing (assembly/welding/harness/electromechanical).

·       Solid planning & execution; ERP/MRP familiarity; confidence with KPIs.

·       Russian required; Hebrew or English.

·       Hands‑on leader who balances standards with people.

Nice to have

·       CNC interface, basic QA/ISO routines, building SOPs.

Compensation & growth

·       Target base ₪17,000–₪20,000 gross/month + performance bonus (mainly OTD & quality).
