𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐓𝐎 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐅𝐎 (𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡)!

You will lead:

* Cloud-native architecture & data pipelines unifying GIS, historical/government datasets, and selective LLM outputs

* Integration & oversight of hazard modules (heat, flood, wind, wildfire) with transparent, explainable outputs

* Map-first UX: risk cards, checklists, and spec-to-supplier pathways (progressive disclosure)

* Foundations for scaling freemium → enterprise (auth, metering, telemetry, quotas)

Must-haves:

* Geo stack: PostGIS, QGIS, Mapbox/Leaflet; robust ETL/ELT (Airflow/DBT or similar)

* Cloud infrastructure at scale (GCP or AWS), containers/CI/CD, API design

* ML/LLM integrations for automated but explainable insights (with guardrails)

* Team leadership; clear communication across science, design, and business

Nice to have:

Python/Node; raster/NetCDF handling; time-series DB; BIM integrations; familiarity with SI 5281/EPBD

Comp & setup:

Founding-level equity, with option for fractional retainer during ramp-up.
