Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deal Advisory Senior Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Deal Advisory Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing advisory projects, conducting financial due diligence, and preparing valuation reports. The role includes coordinating with clients, partners, and staff to deliver high-quality services, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The Senior Manager will also be involved in business development and client relationship management to support the growth of the advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial due diligence, valuation, and financial analysis
• "BIG 4" or international experience in advantage
• Strong project management skills, including leadership, coordination, and client communication
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and international standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA is a plus
• Experience in the advisory consulting industry is beneficial
