We are extending our AI team, and you can help bring advanced blood diagnostics to everyone. 🌍💉

Routine blood tests are the most ordered lab tests in the world, yet results are still limited by legacy methods, complexity, and cost. At PhenoTA, we are changing that by combining AI with Raman spectroscopy to unlock rich biochemical insights from standard blood draws. We’re building clinical tools that can screen, monitor, and predict disease in everyday care.

In your new role, you will:

Lead our AI strategy and frameworks.
Build and mentor a top‑tier AI team.
Turn proprietary clinical data into clinical‑grade deep learning models.
Work closely with software engineers, scientists, and clinicians to translate data into impact
Work directly with clinicians and see the medical significance of your work in real time.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of deep learning development experience.
Strong ML fundamentals and programming skills.
Experience in leading AI team or projects
Creative, independent problem solver.
Bonus: advanced degree, medical data experience, knowledge of microscopy/spectral data.
