Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping with a subsidiary abroad:

Receiving invoices, payments and adjustments

• Handling suppliers:

Opening new suppliers, receiving invoices, adjustments, payments

• Handling Customers:

Opening customers, generating invoices, debt collection, adjustments, receipts

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping certification Type 2 (Type 3 is an advantage)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience working with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Experience working with clients in Israel and abroad - including producing invoices
• Mastery of Excel software
• Experience working with PRIORITY software
• Professional level English - ability to communicate with customers and suppliers abroad
