IT Project Manager

Description

Lead and drive enterprise level IT Projects that enable internal teams across DriveNets. Scope includes IT infrastructure and platforms (e.g. network, office, datacenter, identity and access, SaaS implementations, ITSM and process definition and improvement). You’ll keep a single prioritized plan, schedule projects and releases, deliver them on time and in budget and raise visibility through clear and concise reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on all sizes of projects; managing scope, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and budget.
• Own the portfolio in your area, communicating changes and risks, setting expectations across multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Define and implement lightweight processes for intake, triage, planning, and reporting across stakeholders.
• Collaborate globally, across multiple time zones, coordinating activities as needed.

• 5-10 years managing IT infrastructure and/or software projects with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Language: Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment among stakeholders
• Highly collaborative with an ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Monday, Slack, Microsoft 365
  
  

• Certifications: PMP/PRINS2, ITIL v4, Agile (CSM/PSM) – or equivalent experience.
• Experience and/or exposure to high-density infrastructure environments and ML Ops tooling at infrastructure/tooling level.
