Sales Representative
We are a leading architectural visualization studio with a strong presence in Israel, specializing in high-quality still images for unbuilt architecture. Our work is defined by image quality, reliability, and a personal approach, serving architects, real estate developers, and real estate marketing companies.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with architects, real estate developers, and marketing companies. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to promote continued collaboration with our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and real estate industries.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, real estate developers, and marketing companies through networking and outreach efforts.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our studio's capabilities and offerings.
Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion into sales.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with studio objectives and profitability.
Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Track sales metrics and report on sales performance to management regularly.
Represent the studio at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and visualization artists, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the architectural, real estate, or creative industries.
We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
- An excellent command of the English and Hebrew languages, both written and verbal, is required.
To ensure seamless communication and build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
We need you to freshen up our existing partnerships and reach out and bring in new partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
You will need to translate our images into words.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We need someone who could help us establish our growth department.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Targets are meant to be exceeded.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Precision is key.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience beyond everything.
