IT Support Engineer

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting on laptops.
• Experience on Inventory management
• Hands on knowledge om mail, chat, MS Word / Excel
• Network troubleshooting basics – Lan & Wi-Fi
• Work experience on Service Now

Responsibilities :

1. Receiving ordered Network devices, chrome books and other items.
2. Storing the inventory in store and keeping them segregated and labelled.
3. Sharing regular reports related to inventory
4. Allocation of Chromebooks post validating the RITM requests
5. Closing the RITM in Service Now
6. Providing hands & feet support to Network team for configuration / troubleshooting / maintenance of network devices in Hub room
7. Coordinating with Vendors for Hardware repair and other related activities
8. Providing Hands & Feet support to end-user issues
