Machine Learning Engineer (Equity based)

Job Description:

Looking for AI/ML Engineer & Co-Founder (Equity-Based).

We are an innovative startup in the SMB sector seeking an AI/ML Engineer who is proficient in writing high-quality, production-level code, to kickstart our tech journey with a fully hands-on approach.

Job Description:

• Lead the technological development of the company in the SMB sector.
• Manage development and research teams.
• Develop and implement long-term technological strategies.
• Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between business and technological strategies.
• Identify and integrate new technologies to enhance customer experience and improve internal processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Experience in creating, training, and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Proficiency in working with popular ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience in designing and implementing ML algorithms and models from scratch.
• Ability to optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and accuracy.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience in managing technological development teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with technologies in the SMB sector is an advantage.
