Senior Algorithm Engineer

We seek an experienced Senior Algorithm Engineer for our algorithm group. In this position, you will lead the development of new products from concept to production, joining a highly talented team to drive UVeye’s inspection portfolio and create diverse Machine Learning, Computer vision, and Deep Learning algorithmic solutions.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Design and Development of novel robust, and efficient Machine Learning/ Computer Vision/ Deep Learning algorithms for major Vision challenges.
• Developing of 3D reconstruction and clustering algorithms
• Create Proof of concept for new products and technology.
• Evaluate and benchmark different algorithms on unique proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of industry experience in the development and productization of Deep Learning Algorithms.
• Hands-on industry experience working on major Vision problems in the fields of Detection, classification, and Segmentation.
• Experience with Python- Must, C/C++ - An advantage.
• Experience with Major Deep Learning Frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience working with Tracking / Identification / Image Retrieval / Anomaly Detection / Pose Estimation / OCR/Image Registration -An advantage.
• Comfortable in unexplored territory, independent and self-motivated.
• Relevant Degree.
• Excellent English.
