to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Development Infrastructure & IT engineer, you will:

• IT Operations:
• Provide essential IT support, including configuring and maintaining user hardware and software.
• Manage and optimize computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Utilize and manage Active Directory.
• Ensure system resilience through business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Development Environment Management:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our internal Labs & Staging environments.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across our compute, storage, and network layers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of virtual machines.
• Execute system patching, upgrades, and configuration changes adhering to change management policies.
• Implement and validate disaster recovery and backup solutions using tools such as Veeam.
• Partner with security teams to maintain compliance and robust security posture.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure elements.
• Collaborate closely with all R&D teams to support their infrastructure needs.
  
  

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• Excellent understanding of IT best practices and change management workflows.
• Proven familiarity with VMWare and Proxmox infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Bonus points for familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
