THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a sharp, analytics-oriented Project Manager to join IL MAKIAGE’s data team.

The role requires both strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of user journeys, including how people behave, decide, and convert in an eCommerce environment.

You'll be responsible for driving execution across cross-functional projects that rely on data, insights, and a clear understanding of user behavior.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and coordinate data-driven initiatives focused on improving the user experience and optimizing eCommerce journeys
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, designers, engineers, and product stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Translate analytical insights and business needs into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Own execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and timely delivery
• Help structure experiment plans, track performance, and support iterative learning processes
• Connect the dots between data and user behavior to help the team prioritize based on real impact

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, or similar roles
• Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
• Curious, driven, and eager to learn. You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay focused under pressure
• Strong communicator who brings clarity, structure, and calm to complex situations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Interested in eCommerce and user journeys, with a natural instinct for how digital experiences should feel
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
