Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions with a focus on LLMs and real-world applications
• Design, build, and optimize agentic LLM frameworks for domain-specific customer use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
• Build scalable and production-ready pipelines for AI/LLM workloads, ensuring performance, observability, and reliability
• Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging tools in the GenAI space to stay ahead of the curve
• Promote AI usage across the company, mentoring team members and driving AI adoption in internal tools and customer experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g. OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face) – minimum 1 year
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with modern DevOps principles, Git, CI/CD workflows
• Experience in deploying AI models and maintaining production pipelines
• Proficiency with GenAI technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases
• Strong analytical mindset, fast learner, and highly motivated to explore new tools and AI techniques
• Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) in practical applications.
• Proven experience with fine-tuning AI/ML models to optimize performance for specific use cases.
• Bonus: Exposure to GPU acceleration tools (e.g. CUDA, TensorRT)
