Position: Chief of Staff – International Energy & Oil Venture

About the Company:
A new energy and oil venture in the process of establishment, operating across the Middle East, Europe, and Israel, managing significant projects in collaboration with leading international partners in the industry. The venture oversees complex projects with a broad strategic impact, requiring high-level professional management.

The Role:
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the owner and founder, participating in strategic and high-impact decision-making. The role involves responsibility for coordination, management of global projects, and sensitive decision-making processes, bridging strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the venture’s operations at both strategic and operational levels.
• Lead significant international projects, including engagement with regulators, partners, and investors.
• Manage sensitive information and prioritize critical tasks.
• Work directly with the founder on core projects, influencing the direction of the venture.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing complex projects in the oil, gas, or energy sectors at an international level.
• Strong capability in leading large-scale projects and managing professional teams.
• Full discretion and a high level of dedication.
• Full professional proficiency in English; experience with international regulations is an advantage.

Terms:
• Initial stage: no monthly salary, with a long-term incentive package.
• After operational launch: monthly salary and additional performance-based incentives.
• A role with direct influence over projects and strategy at a global scale.
