Junior Bookkeeper

Company Description

We’re looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Role Description

• Daily bookkeeping tasks: suppliers, customers, bank reconciliations
• Handling active collections from clients via phone and email
• Managing open balances and following up on overdue payments
• Working with accounting software (ERP) and Excel
• Supporting the finance team with reporting and documentation

• Knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping and Finance
• Proficiency with Accounting Software utilization and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Ability to prepare and understand Financial Statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
