Technical Support Expert

🎗️🎗️We’re hiring a Technical Support Expert to join a mission-driven company developing a life-saving product.

This is your chance to combine deep technical know-how with real impact.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Maintain & troubleshoot client-facing infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)

🔹 Support installations, onboarding & configurations (hardware + software)

🔹 Work directly with customers – remote & on-site

🔹 Monitor environments with tools like Datadog / Prometheus / Sentry

🔹 Collaborate with DevOps & ensure privacy/compliance standards

What we’re looking for:

🔹 3+ years in IT system administration

🔹 Strong Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)

🔹 Network troubleshooting & security tools (firewalls)

🔹 Bash scripting

🔹 Customer-facing technical support experience - globally

🔹 English proficiency & great communication

Location: Yokneam (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
