Inviting applications for the role of Program Lead

The Program Lead plays a critical role in driving strategic and operational execution across cross-functional programs, with a strong focus on Delivery and R&D. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, and Alliances, while managing timelines, risks, and resources. The Program Lead is also responsible for building and scaling R&D and Delivery pods, supporting innovation, and enabling smooth transitions from planning to execution.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on SaaS, AI, and advanced technologies, the Program Lead must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and communicating effectively at all organizational levels—including executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Ownership & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Own and manage end-to-end program operations across multiple teams and functions.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations across programs.
• Implement and maintain RACI frameworks and Flying Formation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Project teams, and Alliances at key stages of the program lifecycle.
• Track budgets and costs, ensuring financial transparency and control.
• Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with Finance and business units.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

Delivery & R&D Management -

• Build and scale Delivery and Customer Onboarding processes to support program growth and innovation.
• Manage Customer Onboarding capacity, resource planning, and team composition to meet evolving needs.
• Oversee delivery timelines, milestones, and execution quality.
• Define and enforce “Definition of Done” standards for program deliverables.
• Ensure smooth handover to Delivery teams for implementation and execution.
• Foster a culture of innovation and agility within R&D teams, aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program or project management in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of delivery models, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience with RACI models and cross-functional frameworks is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, preferably within SaaS, AI, or advanced technology domains.
• Comfortable working in high-velocity settings with evolving priorities and innovation-driven teams.
