Distributor Marketing Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Distributor Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Herzliya.

The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the brand and distribution partners, leading the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support our distributor network. They will ensure brand consistency across all distributor markets, providing partners with comprehensive toolkits and clear guidance to successfully develop local marketing activations aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver marketing toolkits (product launch assets, seasonal campaigns, POS templates) tailored for distributor-led markets.
• Advise and support distributors in adapting global campaigns to local markets, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance.
• Guide the go-to-market strategy for new products and promotions
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new partners and regular update calls with existing distributors.
• Help distributors develop annual marketing calendars, budgets, and KPIs. Monitor activity and suggest improvements based on performance and feedback.
• Collect insights from distributor markets on consumer behavior, trends, and competitive activity to inform global planning.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure brand standards are followed in local adaptations and executions.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles involving international distributors, channel marketing, or export regions. Preferably in a global consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of multi-market dynamics, especially in emerging markets
• Experience managing partner relationships across cultures and time zones
• Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus
