About the Role: Real Estate Investment Analyst

You will join the investment team where you will be working under various investment managers over multiple strategies and geographies both in commercial and residential real estate sectors, as well as private equity investments.

Full-time position (on-site)

Tasks will include:

- Analyze and underwrite new and existing real estate transactions

- Build financial models in Excel, including cash flow forecasts, stress tests, and scenarios and sensitivity analyses

- Perform due diligence – on every aspect of the investment from the market to planning to identifying opportunities

- Prepare presentations for management and investment committees

- Monitor ongoing projects, track returns, risks, performance, and budget vs. actuals

- Work with consultants, contractors, business partners, legal teams, and financial institutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, investment banking, financial consulting, financial departments, or an institutional investor

- High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory

- Advanced Excel skills – mandatory

- Familiarity and experience in the real estate sector – significant advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to multitask and operate effectively across diverse geographies and teams

- Independent, fast learner and curios

- High attention to detail and accuracy
