Role Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend interfaces and additional system components.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and ArangoDB.
• Advantage: Experience with orchestration tools such as Temporal.io.
• Solid understanding of information security principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
