An Israeli Startup Company in the Ad-Tech domain has developed a Machine Learning-based platform for advertising across multiple global RTB exchanges.
The company processes massive traffic volumes of 100 billion daily impressions, reaching around 50 million unique users per day, and running over 2 million predictions per second an exceptional scale even compared to leading international companies.
The company is fully bootstrapped, independent of external investors, and has been profitable since its first year of operations.
Headquartered in Tel Aviv, right next to both a train and light rail station, the company employs around 80 people (all based in Israel) and operates in a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week.
Role Overview-
- This is a unique cross-functional position bridging research and engineering, with end-to-end ownership of model performance and deployment at scale.
- Ensuring robust monitoring and optimization of models running in production.
- Developing and maintaining supporting infrastructure for large-scale ML systems.
- Maintaining and optimizing pipelines, systems, and model performance at extremely high scale.
- Bridging algorithmic research and engineering implementation.
- Leading models from the build stage through deployment and large-scale integration.
- Writing high-quality, production-grade code with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.
- Core Technologies -Python, Production Pipelines, Big Data infrastructures, Large-scale Datasets, Model Optimization, Deployment, Monitoring, and MLOps.
