System Administrator

Position: Senior System Administrator

Working Hours: Full-time, with 24/7 availability for critical incident response.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management and maintenance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and operating systems.
• Support and upkeep of servers, server-based applications, and Active Directory.
• Leading and supporting infrastructure projects alongside project managers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, including deep root cause analysis.
• Responsibility for backup systems: management, maintenance, and recovery operations.
• Continuous collaboration with the information security team – ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Knowledge transfer, documentation, and coordination with the IT team.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration in a large-scale organization (hundreds of users and servers).
• Expertise in Microsoft environments within a virtualized infrastructure (including VMware).
• Full proficiency in Active Directory and user management.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Proficiency with software deployment tools and system monitoring solutions.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft cloud infrastructure – Office 365, Azure AD, Teams.
• Knowledge and experience in cloud security solutions, particularly Windows Defender ATP.
• Experience managing antivirus systems, mail relay, and EDR solutions.
• Willingness and availability to work in a 24/7 environment as needed.
