Fraud Intelligence Manager

We're looking for a Fraud Intelligence Manager to take ownership of our fraud intelligence operations and help shape the way we detect, prevent, and outsmart fraud. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on both our customers and our internal strategy

In this role, you’ll build and evolve proactive fraud defense and offense strategies, own the dynamic "ground truth" framework for validating models, and drive data-driven insights that influence business and product direction

You’ll manage a team of fraud data analysts and data scientists, leading proactive research, investigations, trend analysis, and insight generation. You’ll work closely with R\&D, Product, and Customer Success teams to build feedback loops, align goals, and define clear KPIs

This role also includes leveraging AI and machine learning tools to amplify the team’s capabilities and scale our intelligence infrastructure

We're looking for someone with over five years of experience in fraud prevention, threat intelligence, or a related analytical role in a tech-driven environment. Experience in cybersecurity is an advantage. You should have at least two years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing analyst or investigator teams, as well as deep expertise in modern fraud typologies

Strong data analysis skills are essential, with SQL proficiency required. A strong conceptual understanding of AI and ML models is also key. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you’ll be engaging cross-functional teams including R\&D, Product, Sales, and leadership. Experience in IDV, KYC/AML, or the FinTech industry is a plus
