DevOps Manager

The company develops remote management software for enterprise endpoints, based on a cutting-edge platform recognized as a global leader in securing and optimizing IT infrastructures for employees.

To date, the company has raised $140M, employs 350 people, and is headquartered in central Israel near a train line. The company operates in a hybrid work model with two days from home.

The role involves leading an existing DevOps team of 3 engineers in a central and highly impactful group. This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring strong technical depth and ownership. The technology stack includes Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins for CI/CD, and coding in Python.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience (2+ years in a similar leadership or management role)
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Argo (Argo Workflows, Argo CD)
• Proven experience building self-service or developer platforms
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and processes
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated environment provisioning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
