Controller for Selected Startups and VCs (Outsourced)

Location: Remote– Work from home and clients' offices (mainly in the Tel Aviv area)

Perryllion delivers end-to-end financial services to select startups, venture capital firms, and other key players in Israel’s high-tech ecosystem.

As we grow, we’re seeking a Controller to play a strategic and hands-on role across multiple clients. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with dynamic companies across a wide range of industries, business models, and growth stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, planning, and reporting for multiple clients
• Develop business models and annual budgets
• Design and manage interfaces between operational and financial systems
• Implement accounting standards and operational best practices
• Oversee monthly closings, consolidations, and investor/management reports
• Supervise bookkeepers and payroll providers
• Prepare audit materials and coordinate with Big 4 auditors
• Liaise with service providers and consultants
• Work seamlessly in both Hebrew- and English-speaking environments

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• CPA (preferably ex-Big 4)
• Qualified CPA with proven experience in at least one role as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• Fluent English – spoken and written
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with US GAAP and tax regulations
• High mobility for client meetings in the Tel Aviv area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative
• Must be located in Israel
