GoodWays is building the next-generation AI-powered coaching platform. We’re solving the biggest challenge in coaching today: after a session ends, both coaches and teams often drift away from the process, losing productivity and long-term value. We keep organizational productivity up.

Our mission is to create a digital coaching companion that automates post-coaching reinforcement, enabling coaches to scale their impact and generate new revenue streams—while ensuring companies sustain the value of methodologies like Agile, Sales, Fitness, Career, and more.

We’re looking for a CTO to join as a founding team member, someone who is hands-on in building the MVP but also strategic in defining the platform’s future.

You’ll lead the design and development of an AI-first SaaS product that blends:

• AI coaching avatars that replicate expert knowledge
• 
  
• Automation of drift detection and correction (e.g., Agile methodology drifts)
• 
  
• End-to-end coaching tools (notifications, analytics, personalization)

• Build and deliver the MVP platform (backend, frontend, AI).
• 
  
• Architect a secure, scalable SaaS platform for coaches and enterprises.
• 
  
• Lead AI/ML initiatives for drift detection, recommendations, and automation.
• 
  
• Collaborate with product to define roadmap across coaching domains (Agile first, then Fitness, Sales, etc.)
• 
  
• Prepare technology foundations for global scaling and partnerships.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Full-stack builder with strong backend + frontend experience.

• AI/ML background (recommendation engines, natural language processing, coaching bots).

• Familiar with enterprise SaaS platforms (APIs, integrations, compliance).

• Passionate about coaching, learning, and organizational transformation.
• 
  
• Able to thrive in a lean, high-ownership startup environment.
