Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities-

• Manage, mentor, and grow a small software development team (currently 3 engineers).
• Actively participate in hands-on development alongside the team.
• Contribute to designing, building, and maintaining complex, multi-platform software systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features.
• Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and maintainable architecture.
• Support team expansion and scaling of development processes.
• Core Technologies iOS, Swift, Android, Kotlin, macOS, Windows, Linux, IoT, Bluetooth/BLE, and other modern software development platforms.

Preferred Qualifications-

• 5 years of hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development
• Demonstrated experience in delivering mobile applications to a large user base
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and Linux application environments
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth/BLE protocols or IoT device integration
• Experience with CI/CD, debugging across OS boundaries, and delivering production-ready applications
• Proficiency with git and modern software development practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
