Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices for the HR SaaS platform.
• Work closely with the team to design scalable, high-performance systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high code quality, reliability, and maintainability in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and AI teams to deliver impactful solutions.
