Regional Manager – Specialty Nuts & Snacks Retail Chain (U.S.)

Location: Primarily New York

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee multiple retail locations specializing in premium nuts and snack products. The role includes full responsibility for store performance, achieving operational and sales targets, leading Store Managers and their teams, and ensuring brand standards and inventory management are upheld across all locations.

Store Operations

• Manage several retail locations across the U.S.
• Conduct regular visits and reviews to ensure continuous performance improvement.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees while creating efficient staffing structures.
• Plan work schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Inventory Management

• Handle orders from the central warehouse and external suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, avoid shortages, and manage returns.

Visual Merchandising & Branding

• Ensure stores meet corporate standards in layout, branding, and customer experience.
• Maintain excellent presentation to strengthen brand visibility.

Performance Oversight

• Conduct audits and store inspections.
• Track KPIs and analyze data to meet sales and operational goals.

Collaboration with Headquarters

• Implement company policies and initiatives.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to U.S. growth and expansion.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multiple retail locations (food, FMCG, or specialty retail preferred).
• Proven ability to lead managers and large teams.
• Strong expertise in inventory processes and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
• Fluent English (Hebrew is an advantage).
