Full Stack Engineer

Startup company in the eCommerce space, developing a SaaS platform for online store owners that enables them to build trust, engagement, and social proof through customer-generated visual reviews (images or videos) and implements referral and upsell processes that increase sales. The platform also provides complementary tools to help clients promote their business and grow revenue.

The company is bootstrap funded, has never raised external capital, and serves approximately 130,000 paying customers and 500 million monthly end users.

Located in central Israel near a train station, the company has 50 employees, 17 of whom are in development, and operates in a hybrid model (3 days from home).

The role is part of the development team, with 60% of the work focused on the client side using React and the rest on backend development with Node.js and MongoDB/ElasticSearch.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on development experience in web applications from scratch - Must
• 3 years of experience in Node.js - Must
• Frontend orientation and deep knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with emphasis on performance - Must
• Experience with large-scale traffic, data, and complex architecture
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in large-scale NoSQL Databases production deployments - Advantage
• Knowledge in ElasticSearch / Kibana - Advantage
• Stack: Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
