A promising startup in the observability and logging space is developing a platform that provides visibility and actionable insights across production environments. The company enables monitoring, investigation, and ML-driven analytics for developers and DevOps teams.

Its product portfolio includes 10 products, soon expanding to 14, including a new security-focused product designed to help detect and respond to cybersecurity events.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv (Bursa area) with a hybrid model of two work-from-home days per week, the company employs 450 people, 200 of whom are based in Israel.

The company serves over 2,000 paying clients, including some of the largest and most recognized global enterprises. To date, the company has raised $240M in a Series D round and operates 5 global sites.

Responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Work with high-scale data systems, event streaming (Kafka), and databases (SQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices, including ArgoCD and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
• Build and enhance features for products in active production environments.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical knowledge sharing.
• Core Technologies Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ArgoCD, Prometheus, SQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript – required
• Experience with at least one message broker: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS – required
• Experience with Kubernetes – required
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) – required
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – required
• Experience with gRPC – advantage
