About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Monetization to design and lead strategies that enhance client engagement and revenue contribution over time. This role blends commercial strategy with an understanding of client behavior, pricing, and incentive design. Drawing from approaches in gaming, fintech, and data-driven growth environments, you will help us shape programs that create more value for both clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies that increase client engagement and lifetime value.
• Design challenges, programs, and incentives that strengthen client participation.
• Define pricing approaches that balance client experience with business outcomes.
• Use data to analyze client behavior and identify opportunities to optimize monetization.
• Segment clients and tailor offerings to different usage patterns and needs.
• Work closely with product, data, and trading teams to build and refine monetization features.
• Track industry trends and apply relevant practices to continuously improve client monetization.
• Prepare clear business cases and performance reporting for new initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in monetization, growth, or commercial strategy, ideally in gaming, fintech, or similar industries.
• Background in building LTV-driven strategies and programs.
• Solid understanding of pricing, segmentation, and engagement mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
