Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Tel Aviv studio. This is a full-time, on-site role for a versatile, proactive, and independent project owner who can lead creative projects from start to finish.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of digital and branding projects — from brief to delivery — working with designers, freelancers, and tech teams to bring bold ideas to life.

The role includes:

• Manage creative projects in design, branding, UX/UI, print, and campaigns

• Handle incoming briefs, scope tasks, set budgets, and write proposals

• Lead timelines, priorities, and people (internal & freelance)

• Own client relationships — direct communication, manage feedback, expectations, and ongoing needs

• Serve as key contact for ongoing and new tech clients

• Keep all moving parts aligned, on track, and on point

• Bring active energy — always initiating, not just following

Qualifications

✔ 2–3 years managing creative projects in an agency/studio (branding, advertising, production, etc.)

✔ Experienced in creative workflows — design, web, campaigns, print, and UX/UI

✔ Tech-oriented, AI-curious — a big plus

✔ Proactive, driven, organized, and independent

✔ People-savvy — able to lead clients and teams

✔ Based in Tel Aviv — this role is on-site
